Unfortunately, I bought from Office Max and paid more for the chair. However, Office Max STOOD BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY and completely refunded the excess I paid for the Big ; Tall model so I could buy this one. This model seems to be pretty good - I even fall asleep in it because it leans back far enough to be comfortable. SERTA is the best. I tried a ton of them at various stores. I bought from Office Max because they would put it together and have it ready for pick-up before closing time. But, if you are not in a hurry, BUY IT FROM AMAZON AND SAVE!
I am glad I bought this chair - it was a great value and is very comfortable.
It is fully adjustable and great for taller men, plus it is priced right.
