This chair is almost perfect. It's soft, well padded and sturdy. Once put together, the bots do not come loose as they do in some cheaper models. Width of the armrests is fairly spacious without being too far apart. The back of the chair comes up very high on my neck (I'm nearly 6'0 and long torsoed) which was nice as it gives some support when leaning back. The only drawbacks I found with this chair are that it doesn't roll super smoothly on carpet and when setting up the chair initially, some of the bolt angles were slightly off forcing me to have to loosen other bolts and then stretch the pieces to fit properly. I was able to get it to work and have been happy with it since.
Very Happy with my New Office Chair. It's just I wanted.It Goes Nicely with my desk that is the same color.
