The chair arrived on time and the box was in great condition when the UPS delivery guy dropped off the box at my door. It took me about 30 mins. to put the chair together. When I took out all the parts from the box, I was looking for the bag of screws to put the chair together with. Then I turned the seat upside down and to my surprise; all the screws were screwed into the holes. That was a big help since you don't have to guess which screw fits where or read the directions (which doesn't tell you where the screws go).
This is really a nice comfy office/desk chair for the price I paid. I sit at my computer for 8 hours or more a day and my butt was still comfortable sitting in the chair after the day ended.
My back felt great resting against the mesh back support. And was also able to lean as far back as I could with no problems.
I would recommend this chair to anyone.

Overall, it's a decent chair.
The assembly was on par with most self-assemblies that I have done. There was only one problem I had with the assembly that was manufacturing (one of the screw holes wasn't drilled properly), but the chair works fine.
As a chair, it's comfortable. I like that it can also lean backwards, but it never feels like you'll tip. It's held up for a month, but I will say that I don't think it will last as long as my previous chair (which made it 4 years, and was cheaper).
